We offer the following services in the field of family law:

• preparation and negotiation of marital property agreements and agreements on maintenance,
• leading cases related to separation and divorce together with pronouncement on parental custody,
• raising claims for maintenance for children/ spouse,
• leading cases related to marital property (e.g. division of joint property, abolishment of statutory joint ownership),
• leading cases connected with parentage establishment (e.g. establishment of paternity and pronouncement of maintenance, establishment of maternity, child acknowledgment, denial of paternity, denial of maternity, cancellation of child acknowledgment, granting father’s surname, change of surname),
• leading cases connected with adoption, custody and guardianship.

The Office specializes particularly in family affairs with participation of foreigners.

We provide legal services in Polish, English and French languages.
