Evironmental law

The Office offers, among others, the following services in the field of environmental law:

• conducting environmental audits (comprehensive assessment of compliance with Polish and European requirements of environmental law by entrepreneurs),
• preparation of legal opinions in the scope of European and Polish environmental law,
• provision entrepreneurs with current services in the scope of environmental law,
• negotiating and issuing opinions on agreements related to the environment (e.g. agreements with recovery organizations, agreements on waste management, water and sewage  companies etc.),
• analysis of documentation prepared in connection with implementation of environment management system within an enterprise
• analysis of influence of drafts of legal acts related to the environment on enterprises operation.

The Office specializes particularly in services for enterprises with foreign capital.

We provide legal services in Polish, English and French languages.
